Lincoln, Nebraska - October 7, 2002 - SussexValley Inc. signs Letter of Intent with SpeedMore LLC.  The agreement will provide SpeedMore LLC the ability to collect on-line payments with E-Cash(tm).

SpeedMore LLC has developed proprietary "anti-bleed" wireless High Speed Internet technology for Multiple Dwelling Units (MDU). There installations include Hotels, Apartment communities, college dormitories, and other 'close proximity' multiple dwelling units. SpeedMore is the fastest growing wireless High Speed Internet for the MDU sector in the United States, with future growth to include International operations.

"E-Cash(tm) will allow our users the quick and secure way of paying for Internet access online" says Paul Plino, President and CEO of SpeedMore "What it will do for SpeedMore will greatly reduce processing expenses, by eliminating the need to process checks and credit cards.  We can see immediate savings by reducing labor costs in processing the monthly payments and the surcharges and collection fees charged by major credit cards.  We also feel that our customers will appreciate the security and ease of use that E-Cash(tm) offers. SpeedMore had looked at several other collection alternatives, but nothing offered us the saving that of E-Cash(tm).  I am looking forward to implementing the E-Cash(tm) system this fall."

"I am excited about welcoming SpeedMore as one of our E-Cash(tm) customers" replied Ted Simson, President of SussexValley Inc.  "It is a great opportunity for SussexValley to be associated with a solution oriented company like ISpeed.  With the ever increasing demand for bandwidth, ISpeed's MDU model is surely to find mass acceptance and we are pleased to have been chosen as their partner."

E-Cash(tm) by SussexValley is a new concept in monetary systems. It combines computerized convenience with security and privacy that improve on paper cash and is an order of magnitude cheaper and more reliable than the book-entry methods of exchange that it will replace.
