SussexValley Inc. signs joint venture
agreement with ird (Internet Information R&D) LLC.

This venture will result in the first ever legitimate and monitized gaming P2P portal on the Internet. The newly founded entity, called "Game Networks LLC." with Administrative Offices in Lincoln, NE and Marketing Offices in Dallas, TX and Los Angeles, CA. The Game Networks LLC. flagship product will be the first ever monitized and legitimized P2P gaming portal on the Internet.

This is possible using the innovative technology of E-Cash (tm) by SussexValley. This system allows for micro payments across the internet, allowing for all parties involved in the transaction to be compensated including publishers and hosting parties. Ted Simson, the CEO of SussexValley states,
